What this page is for

Trusted by Vets™ is preparing a business directory for the military and veteran community. This notice covers the information we collect on our “coming soon” waitlist. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

What you give us

If you join the waitlist, we ask for your email address. You can also choose to share your role and organization. Those extra fields are optional.

How we use it

We use your email to send launch updates about Trusted by Vets™ and to follow up if we need a little more detail about how you plan to use the directory. We do not sell or rent your email. We do not use it to run unrelated marketing for other companies.

Who processes the form

The waitlist form is delivered through a third-party service called Web3Forms. That service routes your submission to our inbox so we do not have to run our own server just to collect signups while we are still building. Web3Forms sees what you type into the form fields the same way any email relay provider would. You can read their terms and privacy details on their site if you want the full picture.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist contacts until we no longer need them for launch outreach, or until you ask us to remove you. If you want off the list, use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us using the email below.

Your choices

You can skip the waitlist entirely. If you already signed up and change your mind, tell us and we will delete your contact from our working list, subject to any backup or legal limits that apply.
